Sultan Apartments - Istanbul

During our recent family trip, we stayed at Sultan Apartments for a few days. The two-bedroom apartment provided ample space for our family of 5 along with our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the kitchen, which came well-equipped with enough cutlery and crockery. One of the highlights was the large table that accommodated everyone comfortably. The presence of two toilets was a great convenience. The staff were extremely helpful, arranging a reasonably priced airport shuttle for us and allowing early check-in and luggage storage. The location was ideal, just a short walk from attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Topkapi Palace, as well as convenient for grocery shops and restaurants. The informative and friendly staff, particularly Mr. Yelmas, Mateen, and Ayub, truly enhanced our experience.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is on roof top, its service is good! Location is wonderful and easy, close to Dolphins.

we loved the stay here, wonderful experience. apartment's location was favourable close to touristic area, istanbul. in fact, it had setting in the eatery downstairs. easy to get to magnaura cafe & restaurant, located within 10 minutes on foot. helpful staff and good service. breakfast on roof top.

Great location, close to major sights, easy to walk to. The apartment had everything we needed and comfortably fit our group. The manager was helpful and provided useful recommendations. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a welcoming stay.

Just came back from a week stay over Easter. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had no problems and even checked in on us daily. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions and the tram station. We also found it convenient to have restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, ideal for our family with young children. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as the iron, microwave, and TV channels for the kids. The airport transfer service was also very convenient. it was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. The bed was not made daily and the bins were not always emptied.

Great location near Sultanahmet complex, mini market, and restaurants with friendly and helpful host. Easy access to Grand bazaar and Bosphorus cruise. Highly recommended!

Best aspects

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the major tourist sites, including the Blue Mosque. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation options were easily accessible, with a bus station just a few minutes' walk away. there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

All was perfect.

Well-placed property, 5/10 mins walk to Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia. Restaurants, cafes, shops etc abound. Helpful and friendly hosts. Close to attractions and easy access to public transportation.

The location of the apartments was excellent, just a few minutes away from the main attractions in the city. We were able to easily visit the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome Square. Additionally, there were beautiful views of the sea from the windows in one of the apartments. It was a great treat to wake up to such a stunning sight every morning.

The dining/lounge area in one of the apartments was extremely tiny. With only two bedrooms and space for five people to sleep, it was difficult to find a place for everyone to sit and relax.

We stayed in a family room/apartment which was suitable for three people. The location was excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and it was only a short walk to Sultanahmet Square and the Blue Mosque. The staff were always available and helpful, and they even stored our luggage while we traveled to another location. it was a good value for money.

The family room/apartment was not as spacious as expected, so don't expect a fully self-catering apartment. Additionally, the room we booked for five people only had a queen-size bed and three convertible chairs, which were not very comfortable to sleep on.

Sultan Apartments provided a fantastic location near historic sites, mini markets, and restaurants. Mr. Metin was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips on shopping in the Grand Bazaar. Definitely recommended!

this Stay! We found the location of our apartment to be very convenient, just a short walk away from popular attractions. The host was also very helpful and attentive to our needs, providing us with useful information and even lending us some local currency. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals and the fact that the apartment was cleaned daily by the friendly staff.

Disliked that Aspect. However, there were a few drawbacks to our stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. I could easily walk to major tourist sites on foot, as it is situated on a busy tourist street. It was also great that I could park my car outside the hotel and it felt safe. The apartment itself was shiny and spacious, providing great value for money.

Don't have any issues at all.

Spacious apartment, suitable for families with children. Clean and well-functioning Wi-Fi. Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and a nearby market for drinks. Knowledgeable and helpful host who provided guidance on local attractions. Enjoyable stay.
